We’re seeking a driven, hands-on General Manager to lead a high-performing, fast-paced QSR restaurant. This is a leadership role for someone who thrives on building strong teams, delivering exceptional guest experiences, and driving results.

What You’ll Do:

Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing restaurant team
Drive sales, profitability, and operational excellence
Ensure full staffing, strong training, and consistent service standards
Oversee labor, food safety, and company compliance
Lead by example on the floor during peak business hours
Build a culture of accountability, respect, and performance

What We’re Looking For:

3+ years of QSR General Manager experience
Proven success driving sales and developing teams
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
ServSafe certified
Flexible availability (nights, weekends, holidays)
