We’re seeking a driven, hands-on General Manager to lead a high-performing, fast-paced QSR restaurant. This is a leadership role for someone who thrives on building strong teams, delivering exceptional guest experiences, and driving results.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing restaurant team
  • Drive sales, profitability, and operational excellence
  • Ensure full staffing, strong training, and consistent service standards
  • Oversee labor, food safety, and company compliance
  • Lead by example on the floor during peak business hours
  • Build a culture of accountability, respect, and performance

What We’re Looking For:

  • 3+ years of QSR General Manager experience
  • Proven success driving sales and developing teams
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • ServSafe certified
  • Flexible availability (nights, weekends, holidays)
