Our litigation team represents a broad range of sophisticated clients in the health care industry, from large systems to cutting-edge digital health startups.

Key Responsibilities:

Represent health care providers and suppliers in litigation matters
Draft legal briefs, motions, and discovery documents
Conduct depositions, internal investigations, and manage e-discovery
Analyze complex regulatory and compliance issues
Collaborate with colleagues across multiple health law specialties
Provide practical, strategic legal advice to clients

Job Requirements:

Licensed to practice in California
Located in or near Los Angeles, San Francisco, or San Diego
2–6 years of litigation experience, preferably including brief writing and motion practice
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Demonstrated interest in health law and regulatory frameworks
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote-first environment

Compensation & Benefits:

Competitive salary range: $185,000 to $330,000 (commensurate with experience)
