Restaurant District Manager Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a High Level of Guest Satisfaction
  • Lead team with a hands-on work leadership style
  • Demonstrate A Positive Attitude
  • Maintain all cost controls
  • Effectively builds relationships in the communities we serve
  • Mentor and develop our team to become our leaders of the future

Restaurant District Manager Qualifications:

  • 3 plus years as a Multi-Unit hospitality leader
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Stable tenure — no more than two jobs in 5 years
  • Personable candidates with a zest for hospitality
