Nationwide restaurant retail store looking for a hands-on Manager who enjoys working with their team!

Assistant Grocery Manager Responsibilities:

  • Hands-on Manager with strong customer relations
  • Staffing and managing all associates day to day
  • Daily operations, meetings, and reporting
  • Creating a positive customer experience at all levels
  • Data analyzing and reporting on sales and profit
  • Food safety compliance with all Local, State, and Federal regulations

Assistant Grocery Manager Qualifications:

  • 4 years experience in a similar role
  • Positive leadership with a people first mentality
  • Growth and succession mindset
  • Warehouse management experience required
  • Background in P&L, inventory control, hiring / training staff, merchandising, cash control, payroll, security / loss prevention
