Operations Manager Responsibilities:

Responsible for leading A+ shifts.
Facilitate an unparalleled guest experience through personal interaction, effective delegation, and follow-through.
Problem Solve and Win
Uphold the brand standards and role model in all instances.

Operations Manager Qualifications:

At ease with high guest traffic counts – previous experience working in an establishment that did $7 million-plus in annualized sales.
A minimum 3 years in high volume restaurant management
Possesses exceptional beverage knowledge to identify sales opportunities and coach and develop the team around you.
Fluent in providing guidance and oversight to 50+ immediate direct reports.

Operations Manager Benefits:

Above-average base salary of $75 to $90K
