Plant Manager – Chemical Manufacturing

📍 Chattanooga, TN area

We’re hiring a Plant Manager to lead daily operations at a chemical manufacturing facility in the Chattanooga, TN area. This role owns safety, quality, production, cost, and people leadership, ensuring the plant operates efficiently and in full compliance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead site operations, maintenance, engineering, and production teams
  • Own plant KPIs: safety, quality, productivity, on-time shipping, and budget
  • Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements
  • Drive continuous improvement and operational efficiency
  • Oversee maintenance planning, staffing, and plant improvements

Qualifications

  • BS in Chemical Engineering or related field or 10+ years of chemical plant leadership experience
  • Proven experience leading operations in a chemical or regulated manufacturing environment
  • Strong safety mindset, leadership skills, and business acumen
