This is a hands-on leadership role for a Warehouse Manager who enjoys building structure, improving processes, and keeping operations running smoothly in a manufacturing environment. You will own warehouse performance end-to-end while supporting production, service, and distribution teams in a fast-moving operation.

Warehouse Manager – Requirements & Qualifications
Must-Haves
- 5 to 10 years of warehouse management or supervisory experience
- Strong background in inventory control, cycle counting, and accuracy-driven environments
- ERP system experience required (Syspro strongly preferred)
- Experience supporting manufacturing, service, or industrial operations
- Proven ability to lead, train, and hold warehouse teams accountable
Key Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Oversee all receiving, put-away, picking, packing, shipping, and staging activities
- Maintain accurate inventory levels aligned with production schedules and service needs
- Own cycle counts, investigate variances, and implement corrective actions
- Coordinate closely with Purchasing, Production, and Service teams
- Direct outbound shipments and manage carrier relationships
- Ensure safety compliance, equipment readiness, and a clean warehouse environment
Warehouse Manager – Preferred Background & Skills
- Manufacturing or industrial equipment warehouse experience
- Import/export and freight logistics exposure
- Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, or related field
- Military logistics background considered a plus
