Grocery Manager Responsibilities:

In charge of the entire operation
Directly supervises, oversees, guides, coach, and mentor a team
Build genuine guest connections and develop strong business relationships
Community-focused
Strong communication skills as well as ensure compliance with corporate offices

Grocery Manager Qualifications:

Positive leadership with a people first mentality
5+ years in Warehouse management experience required
Background in P&L, inventory control, hiring / training staff, merchandising, cash control, payroll, security / loss prevention
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication skills
Strong attention to detail

Grocery Manager Benefits:

Salary $80-90k
Bonus eligibility up to $40k annually
Healthcare, vision, dental starts after 90 days
