What You’ll Do as a Sous Chef

Deliver an outstanding guest experience through excellence in food quality and service
Train, guide, and empower kitchen staff to perform at their best
Foster a respectful, supportive, and accountable team environment
Assist the Kitchen Manager and Executive Chef as needed
Maintain high standards of service and execution during every shift

What You Bring in a Sous Chef Role

2–3+ years of kitchen leadership experience
Strong leadership skills — lead by example, communicate clearly, develop talent
A team-first, solutions-driven approach with a positive attitude
Passion for culinary excellence and continuous improvement
