Director of Talent Acquisition Requirements & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Communication, or a related field; advanced degree (MS, MBA, JD) preferred
- 7+ years of experience in talent acquisition and/or organizational development, with at least 3 years in a senior or strategic leadership role
- Prior experience within a law firm or legal industry with growth-oriented strategy experience
- Proven success in leading high-level recruitment strategies, building proactive candidate pipelines, and delivering an exceptional candidate experience
- Experience creating and executing development programs, succession planning processes, and employee growth frameworks
- Ability to collaborate with department heads to assess organizational needs and design targeted training and development initiatives
- Skilled in evaluating the effectiveness of programs and optimizing initiatives for performance, engagement, and retention
- Strong business acumen with the ability to align people strategies to organizational goals
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills
Director of Talent Acquisition Preferred Background & Skills:
• Familiarity with HRIS systems, learning management platforms, or recruitment software
• Strategic thinker with a passion for developing high-performing teams and fostering a positive organizational culture
