Responsibilities
- Lead second-shift finishing/paint-line team
- Ensure quality in powder & dip coating
- Troubleshoot defects and equipment issues
- Maintain paint booths, spray guns, wash systems, and ovens
- Manage PM schedules and production data
- Support EPA/OSHA compliance
Requirements
- 5+ years paint/finishing experience
- 3+ years production supervisor experience
- Manufacturing background (steel preferred)
- Microsoft Office; ERP a plus
- Knowledge of paint flow/viscosity
- Bilingual Spanish strongly preferred
