Responsibilities

Lead second-shift finishing/paint-line team
Ensure quality in powder & dip coating
Troubleshoot defects and equipment issues
Maintain paint booths, spray guns, wash systems, and ovens
Manage PM schedules and production data
Support EPA/OSHA compliance

Requirements

5+ years paint/finishing experience
3+ years production supervisor experience
Manufacturing background (steel preferred)
Microsoft Office; ERP a plus
Knowledge of paint flow/viscosity
Bilingual Spanish strongly preferred
