Restaurant General Manager

We’re looking for an experienced, hands-on Restaurant General Manager to join our successful, multi-unit, multi-concept restaurant group. This is a great opportunity to lead a dynamic team in an established, high-energy venue.

What You’ll Do:

Manage day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth service and excellent guest experiences
Hire, train, and develop a motivated staff
Address performance issues and take disciplinary action when needed
Maintain consistent quality of food, drinks, and service
Strong bar and event knowledge is a plus

Who You Are:

A people-person with a winning personality and excellent communication skills
At least 3 years’ experience as a General Manager
Motivated, hardworking, and ready to lead by example
Proven track record of career growth and stability
