We are seeking an experienced and dedicated General Manager to lead the team at a modern fine dining Korean restaurant celebrated for its artistry, hospitality, and cultural depth.

Requirements & Qualifications:

Minimum 5 years of experience as a General Manager or Assistant General Manager in fine dining or Michelin-level operations
Proven success leading high-performing teams with a focus on hospitality and culture
Strong understanding of service flow, guest relations, and operational execution
Financial acumen, including budgeting, cost control, and labor management
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
NYC Food Protection Certificate (or willingness to obtain)

Preferred Background & Skills:

Experience managing high-profile restaurants within a multi-unit hospitality group
Expertise with POS systems, reservation and event platforms (Resy, TripleSeat, etc.)
Skilled in inventory systems, vendor relations, and facility management
Ability to mentor, motivate, and build a positive, inclusive workplace culture
Creative problem-solving and guest recovery abilities with a service-first mindset
