Remote – Based in the Carolinas, DMV, or Florida

Position Overview
The Business Development Representative (BDR) is a high-activity, outbound-focused role responsible for driving new business within the Northeast, Florida, and Midwest regions. You’ll be both a frontline prospector and a brand ambassador—attending key trade shows and industry events while managing a large geography and building a strong top-of-funnel pipeline to support your Territory Sales Manager. This is an individual contributor position with clear pathways to future leadership as the sales organization matures.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive new business through outbound prospecting, including high-volume calling, emailing, and social outreach.
- Schedule meetings and demos for the Territory Sales Manager.
- Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and association events.
- Build and maintain relationships with C-suite executives within mid-to-enterprise property management companies.
- Track performance and pipeline activity within CRM systems.
- Partner with internal teams to optimize lead generation strategy.
Candidate Profile
- 2-3+ years of experience selling into property management–related industries or PropTech-adjacent markets.
- Strong network within Community Association Institute (CAI) or property management associations.
- Proven success selling to C-level decision-makers.
- Background as a high-performing BDR or early-stage sales leader (BDR manager experience a plus).
- Relationship-driven and professional; able to represent the brand with credibility in a tight-knit industry.
- Self-starter with a growth mindset and interest in long-term career progression.
Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: $80,000
- On-Target Earnings: $130,000–$160,000+ (uncapped)
- Remote-first culture, medical, 401(k), bonuses, and mileage/travel covered.
