General Manager : High-Volume, Upscale Dining | Franklin, TN
A respected hospitality group is seeking a seasoned General Manager to lead operations at a high-performing, upscale concept in Charleston. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, guest-driven environment and knows how to build strong teams while keeping a sharp eye on financial performance.
General Manager – Benefits and Compensation:
- $90k-$100k base salary
- Attainable performance-based bonus
- Employer-covered health insurance (after 90 days)

General Manager Requirements & Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a General Manager
- New Store Opening Experience
- Proven leadership in high-volume operations ($7M+ in annual sales) in an upscale dining environment
- Strong HR, payroll, and scheduling knowledge
- Proficient with Toast, OpenTable, Microsoft Office, and other operations platforms
- Strong communication skills and ability to lead with both professionalism and presence
- Deep understanding of inventory control, ordering processes, labor management, and cost tracking
- Flexibility to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays
