Restaurant Assistant General Manager Requirements & Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a high-volume fine dining or upscale restaurant
  • Strong preference for candidates with steakhouse experience
  • Knowledge of local, state, and federal health and sanitation laws
  • Strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills
  • Team player with the ability to take ownership of situations
