Family Law Attorney

Location: Washington, DC

Compensation: $100,000 – $130,000 (depending on experience)

We are working with a well-established family law practice seeking an experienced Associate Attorney to join their team. This is a great opportunity to handle meaningful work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with opportunities for long-term professional growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a caseload of family law matters from start to finish.
  • Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and agreements.
  • Represent clients at hearings, trials, depositions, and mediations.
  • Work closely with clients to develop case strategies and guide them through the legal process.
  • Collaborate with attorneys and staff to deliver excellent client service.

Qualifications

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
  • Active license to practice law in Washington, DC (required).
  • 2–5 years of family law experience preferred.
  • Strong litigation and courtroom skills.
  • Excellent writing, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Client-focused mindset with a commitment to high-quality representation.

Compensation & Benefits
