As General Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind the restaurant’s success—leading a seasoned team, ensuring operational excellence, and creating an environment where guests and staff feel right at home. This is a hands-on leadership role for a strategic operator who can balance service, profitability, and culture in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.

Restaurant General Manager Requirements & Qualifications:

• 5+ years of progressive restaurant leadership experience, with at least 2 years as a General Manager
• Demonstrated success in overseeing FOH and BOH operations, financial performance, and staffing strategy
• Strong people leadership skills with a proven ability to recruit, train, and retain top talent
• Solid background in budgeting, forecasting, labor management, and cost controls in a scratch kitchen environment
• Committed to delivering memorable guest experiences while upholding brand standards

Restaurant General Manager Preferred Background & Skills:

• Background in a craft beer/bar centric concept
• Experience a large craft bar
• Proven ability to increase operational efficiency and drive revenue growth
• Strong community presence with the ability to build local guest loyalty
• Skilled at fostering a positive workplace culture that supports long-term staff retention
