Restaurant General Manager Responsibilities:

Be the primary point of contact for guests, ensuring an exceptional experience.
Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly and acknowledge all guests
Responsible for daily operations including
Familiar with scheduling, ordering, training, and development

Restaurant General Manager Requirements:

Minimum of 4+ years in a fine dining leadership role
Excellent wine knowledge and beverage operations skills
Ability to motivate and drive performance
A creative spirit and commitment to excellence
