General Manager — $80k-$85k

A well-established hospitality group is seeking a General Manager for a Mediterranean-inspired restaurant in downtown Greenville. The ideal leader will be a culture builder who leads hands-on in service, drives consistent hospitality standards, and mentors a strong guest-focused team.

General Manager Compensation and Benefits

General Manager Requirements and Qualifications

• Proven management experience in a full service restaurant environment

• Strong leadership presence and the ability to mentor and grow a team

• Excellent interpersonal and guest communication skills

• Comfortable working with made-from-scratch menus and executing high guest satisfaction

• Solid track record of managing labor, floor flow, and guest service standards

• Professional presence with a positive, team-first attitude

General Manager Must Haves

• Ability to inspire and retain talent

• Outgoing, confident, and able to lead with humility

• Organized and detail-oriented with strong operational follow-through

• Experience collaborating with kitchen leadership to deliver consistent service

General Manager Preferred Background and Skills

• Candidates from chef-driven, independent, or boutique group backgrounds

• Experience in Mediterranean or globally influenced cuisine concepts

• Examples of creating and sustaining positive culture and guest loyalty
