General Manager Responsibilities:

Oversee and run daily operations of a high-volume restaurant
Lead, mentor, develop, and train a staff team of 120+ people
Financial responsibility and accountability
Adhere to the highest standards in guest service daily
Implement effective systems to drive & grow the business

General Manager Requirements:

3+ years as a full-service General Manager in a casual or upscale casual dining environment. The ideal candidate has experience with a sales volume of 10M or higher and some corporate systems experience
Strong leadership ability; someone who loves to develop others and has a natural ability to inspire
Strong financial acumen; highly skilled at managing costs & labor
Highly organized, detail orientated with the ability to solve problems
Knowledge of health and sanitation codes, and labor laws in California
A sincere passion for hospitality, guest focus, and desire to grow with a highly reputable concept
