We are seeking a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented Patient Care Coordinator to join our growing outpatient imaging team. This front-line role is the first point of contact for our patients and plays a key part in creating a smooth, welcoming, and efficient patient experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and check in patients with professionalism and warmth
• Schedule and confirm imaging appointments and provide preparation instructions
• Verify insurance eligibility, update patient information, and collect payments as needed
• Coordinate with technologists and staff to keep patient flow on track
• Enter patient data accurately into the system while maintaining confidentiality
• Answer patient questions and assist with scheduling, insurance, and general inquiries

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior medical office or healthcare experience preferred, but not required
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• Bilingual skills are a plus
