A well-established, multi-location retailer is seeking a strategic and energetic Regional Director of Sales to oversee operations. This position plays a pivotal role in leading sales, driving performance across several locations, and mentoring General Managers to achieve revenue goals while maintaining visual and service excellence.

Regional Director of Sales Requirements/Responsibilities
- Lead and support General Managers and Sales Managers across 5+ stores and $30M+ in combined annual revenue
- Track KPIs, coach for results, and execute performance improvement strategies
- Ensure compliance with store operations, visual standards, and promotional initiatives
- Collaborate with HR, IT, Merchandising, and Marketing departments
- 3–5 years of experience leading multi-unit retail teams, or 10 years equivalent leadership experience
- Demonstrated success in accountability, sales performance, and culture-building
