General Manager Responsibilities:

Keep team morale high and ensure smooth, efficient service
Train, coach, and develop staff with a focus on continuous improvement
Set high performance standards and hold the team accountable
Maintain exceptional service quality and attention to detail
Oversee internal operations, including delivery and catering services
Drive profitability and efficiency through strategic leadership

General Manager Qualifications:

3+ years of management experience in a high-volume, structured casual, fast-food, or QSR environment (NO JOB HOPPERS)
Proven leadership with a strong, results-driven mindset
Reliable, energetic, and highly organized personality
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
Strong track record of exceeding expectations and fostering team growth
Flexible availability for various shifts, ensuring operational excellence
