New Business Development Rep Responsibilities:
- Build and expand partnerships throughout the Fort Worth region
- Conduct in-person visits and deliver engaging presentations to decision-makers
- Create and manage your own weekly schedule based on outreach goals
- Attend professional events, local gatherings, and networking opportunities
- Support company-sponsored events, meetings, and community initiatives
- Track all sales activities, follow-ups, and pipeline movement in the CRM
- Share weekly results and collaborate with leadership on strategy and territory growth
- Focus 100% on business development — no account management work
New Business Development Rep Required Qualifications:
- Outside B2B sales experience
- Demonstrated record of hitting goals and earning results
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-directed, organized, and motivated by autonomy
- High integrity and a service-minded approach
New Business Development Rep Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience selling solutions that require trust and relationship-building
- Familiarity with the Fort Worth business community
- Interest in future leadership opportunities
