Hotel General Manager Requirements:

3–5+ years as a Hotel General Manager in boutique, lifestyle, or high-concept full-service properties
Proven experience in Food & Beverage operations
Demonstrated success in revenue management, budgeting, and forecasting
Deep knowledge of Hilton brand standards, loyalty programs, and guest experience expectations, or similar
Strong leadership skills with a track record of building and mentoring high-performing teams

Hotel General Manager Preferred Skills:

Experience leveraging boutique or lifestyle hotel storytelling and local market positioning
Expertise in sales, marketing, and community engagement initiatives
Ability to drive operational innovation while maintaining brand compliance
Strong financial acumen with the ability to interpret and act on P&L insights
