Restaurant General Manager Requirements/Responsibilities:

5+ years of restaurant management experience; 2+ years with P&L accountability
Lead with a customer-first approach and drive team excellence
Strong in staff development, communication, and conflict resolution
Ability to manage operations using business and analytical skills
Oversee staffing, training, cost control, and quality assurance
Ensure exceptional guest service and maintain operational standards
Proficiency in basic computer systems and restaurant technology
Thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment while having fun
