Restaurant General Manager Requirements/Responsibilities:
- 5+ years of restaurant management experience; 2+ years with P&L accountability

- Oversee staffing, training, cost control, and quality assurance
- Ensure exceptional guest service and maintain operational standards
- Proficiency in basic computer systems and restaurant technology
