We are seeking a high-caliber Accountant to join our Accounting Operations team—someone who thrives in analytical work, appreciates precision, and brings the discipline and professionalism cultivated in elite public-accounting firms.

Accountant Key Responsibilities

Execute accounting operations for investment portfolios, including journal entries, reconciliations, valuation processes, and month-end close.
Support financial reporting, audit preparation, and internal control frameworks.
Analyze complex investment structures and fixed-income asset classes, familiarity with bank loans a strong plus.
Partner with investment teams to ensure accuracy of performance metrics and operational data.
Identify process improvements that enhance efficiency, scalability, and data integrity across the accounting function.
Assist with ongoing system enhancements, automation initiatives, and reporting upgrades.

Accountant Qualifications

3+ years of experience in public accounting (Big 4 strongly preferred), investment operations, or a similar role within a rigorous, high-performance environment.
Background working with complex investment structures and fixed-income products; experience with bank loans is a plus.
Four-year degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field with a strong academic foundation. preferred CPA or CPA-eligibility.
Exceptional analytical skills, strong attention to detail, and comfort managing high volumes of data.
Ability to communicate effectively with senior stakeholders across accounting, operations, and investment teams.
Self-starter mindset—someone who thrives in high-growth environments and takes pride in delivering excellence.
