Our client, a well-established financial services firm specializing in custodial and trust solutions, is seeking an experienced Senior Trust Officer to help launch and build a trust services practice. This role is ideal for a seasoned trust professional who enjoys operating in a hands-on, entrepreneurial environment and influencing both client experience and infrastructure.

Senior Trust Officer Perks:

Base salary: $115,000–$140,000
Incentive compensation tied to performance

Hybrid flexibility- office is in Las Vegas

Senior Trust Officer Key Responsibilities:

Serve as primary relationship manager for trust clients
Act as trust subject matter expert in prospective client meetings
Administer directed irrevocable trusts, including distributions and reviews
Coordinate with attorneys, CPAs, investment managers, and advisors
Ensure compliance with governing documents, Nevada trust law, and regulations
Oversee trust accounting, billing, and tax reporting coordination
Develop policies, procedures, and scalable trust administration workflows
Partner on trust technology and systems implementation
Assist with hiring and building the trust services team as the practice grows

Senior Trust Officer Minimum Qualifications:

7+ years of trust administration experience
Strong knowledge of fiduciary standards, trust accounting, and tax considerations
Experience building or scaling trust operations preferred
Familiarity with Nevada trust law
Excellent client-facing and communication skills
CTFA, CFP, JD, or similar credential strongly preferred
