A rapidly growing multi-state restaurant operator is searching for a strategic and forward-thinking HR leader. This role touches multiple concepts across the country and plays a key part in shaping culture, developing leaders, and building people systems that support long-term growth.

 

Head of Human Resources – Benefits and Compensation:

Head of Human Resources – Requirements and Qualifications:

• Experience building scalable HR systems in a multi-unit environment

• Strong background in talent strategy, recruiting models, and workforce planning

• Proven success rolling out leadership development, training, and structured onboarding

• Skilled in culture design, engagement strategies, and retention tools

• Solid understanding of labor law, wage and hour, safety, and general compliance

• Ability to create HR KPIs and drive accountability through data

• Comfortable partnering closely with founders and Operations leadership

• Experience supporting leaders across multiple states

• Must bring both strategic vision and hands-on execution

• Day-to-day work includes building a 1–3 year HR roadmap, strengthening bench depth, guiding performance management rhythms, elevating manager capability, and standardizing HR processes for scale

 

Head of Human Resources – Preferred Background and Skills:

• Multi-unit restaurant or hospitality HR experience

• History of reducing turnover and building strong promotion pipelines

• Familiarity with HR tech stacks and process optimization

• Strong communication skills, high EQ, and a coaching mindset

• Track record of influencing operators and guiding culture across diverse regions
