A casual dining restaurant chain is seeking a Staff Accountant in the Twin Cities/Western Wisconsin. We are proud of our culture and want honest and hard-working individuals to join the team! Payroll, P&L, Organization, and Communication with Operations are all needed experience and background.

Responsibilities

Oversee accounts payable and cash disbursements

Manage accounts receivable functions

Perform bank reconciliations

Maintain the general ledger

Oversee inventory management

Coordinate payroll processing with third-party provider

Execute month-end close processes

Qualifications and Skills

Bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related discipline

Minimum of five years’ experience in accounting, including AR, AP, reconciliations, and inventory management

Proficiency with accounting software

Excellent attention to detail

Experience using Restaurant 365 is preferred

Prior experience in the restaurant industry is preferred
