Immigration Attorney Benefits & Compensation

Immigration Attorney Requirements & Qualifications

  • Minimum 3–5 years of removal defense immigration attorney experience
  • Barred in New York
  • Strong understanding of legal processes involving visas and case preparation.
  • Experience managing immigration matters independently.
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively with partners and clients.

Immigration Attorney Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage immigration matters within the legal firm.
  • Collaborate with partners on complex immigration cases.
  • Provide exceptional legal services while adhering to deadlines and client expectations.
  • Ensure accuracy in case preparation and documentation.
