About Us:

Our growing restaurant group is seeking a dedicated and experienced Kitchen Manager to oversee operations in our fast-casual restaurant. If you're ready to take on a long-term challenge and lead our team to success, we would love to meet you!

Responsibilities:

  • Guest Satisfaction: Exceed the expectations of every guest, every time—it's what we do!
  • Team Leadership: Train, coach, and direct the team. Set high standards, establish goals to exceed, and strive for excellence.
  • Relationship Building: Foster respectful relationships with every team member while holding them accountable. Provide thorough training and support.
  • Hands-On Management: Maintain a hands-on approach in the kitchen. Run operations as if you own the place.
  • Cost Control and Quality Standards: Manage food costs and ensure high service standards while paying acute attention to detail.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a management role within a restaurant environment—no job hoppers, please.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong leadership qualities with a coaching mentality. Lead by example, uphold restaurant standards, and communicate clearly.
  • Relationship Building: Proven ability to maintain standards, exceed expectations, and build strong relationships with staff. Attitude and drive are essential.
  • Personality Traits: Passionate, patient, and persistent nature.
