We’re looking for a passionate Sous Chef who thrives in a scratch kitchen, leads from the front, and is excited to help shape a dynamic, evolving menu rooted in quality and innovation.

What We’re Looking For:

2–3+ years of experience as a Sous Chef or Chef de Cuisine in a fine dining or upscale scratch kitchen
Strong knowledge of menu costing, recipe development, and labor management
Experience with pasta and pizza production (highly preferred)
Proven ability to lead, mentor, and develop kitchen teams
Hands-on leadership style with a “lead by example” mentality
Strong financial and operational awareness (food cost, labor control, inventory)
A creative, detail-oriented mindset with a passion for excellence
