Executive Chef Responsibilities:

Focus on supporting the team to create outstanding guest experiences
Build the team and morale based on respect and understanding
Manage costs with the support of the management team
Uphold and exceed expectations of all food quality, sanitation, and brand standards

Executive Chef Requirements:

Prior management experience in a high volume full-service, corporate location
Good tenure in previous role
Great personality with high energy and positive attitude
Strong attention to detail and a hands-on management style
Focus on supporting the team to create outstanding guest experiences
Expertise in inventory/food cost controls/P&L Analysis
