A respected civil engineering and land development firm in Central Virginia is expanding and seeking an experienced Civil Project Manager to help lead the region’s continued growth through high-quality land development and civil/site design projects.

What You’ll Do

• Lead land development and civil/site design projects from concept through construction
• Mentor and support junior engineers and designers
• Prepare, review, and certify/stamp engineering plans, reports, and technical documents
• Oversee grading, stormwater, utilities, roadway design, and permitting processes
• Serve as the primary client liaison for communication and project delivery
• Manage proposals, budgets, schedules, and project scopes with full accountability

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
• Minimum of 8 years of civil/site or land development experience in the United States (required)
• PE license (any state) or EIT on a strong PE track
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D
• Strong communication, leadership, and client-facing skills
