Territory Sales Manager Qualifications / Responsibilities:

  • Proven track record of opening new B2B accounts and driving consistent territory growth through proactive prospecting and daily sales activity
  • Must operate as a 1099 independent contractor, ideal for experienced manufacturer reps or business developers
  • Aggressively prospect and open new venue accounts every day, focusing on coffee shops, gyms, spas, restaurants, and golf courses
  • Thrive in a hunter-style sales environment, consistently generating new leads and closing deals
  • Build and maintain trusted long-term relationships with venue owners and managers to ensure satisfaction and retention
  • Partner with corporate for installation, activation, and ongoing account support
  • Manage your own book of business and continually expand it through new placements and market development
  • Follow up regularly with venues to monitor performance and strengthen account loyalty
  • Organized, self-motivated, and driven by measurable results
  • Strong time management, persistence, and professional communication skills
