We are seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to oversee large-scale civil and sitework projects. This role involves managing field crews, ensuring project execution aligns with safety and quality standards, and liaising with clients. If you have a proven track record in construction management and team leadership, we want to hear from you.

Construction Superintendent Key Responsibilities: 

– Lead and mentor Foremen and field teams to ensure high-quality project delivery.  

– Identify potential issues and develop proactive solutions to mitigate delays.  

– Oversee on-site construction activities, ensuring project completion on time and within budget.  

Construction Superintendent Qualifications:

– Minimum of 10 years in construction management, with at least 5 years in a supervisory role.  

– Experience with large-scale civil and sitework for commercial projects.  

– Previous experience in retaining wall projects is required

– Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field preferred (or equivalent experience).  

– Relevant certifications (OSHA 30-Hour, Certified Construction Manager, LEED AP) are a plus.  

Construction Superintendent Skills & Abilities:

– Strong background in earthwork and civil site conditions.  

– Effective communication and interpersonal skills.  

– Proficiency in construction management software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam).  

– Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with the capability to manage multiple projects.  

Construction Superintendent Travel Requirements:

– Will primarily work on construction sites with potential exposure to various weather conditions.  

– Required to work extended hours, including weekends if needed.  

– Up to 40% national travel required.
