A leading private equity and structured capital investment firm focused on supporting the growth of middle-market companies. We partner closely with founders and leadership teams to deploy flexible, solutions-oriented capital. We are seeking a Finance Associate or Senior Finance Associate to join our Finance & Operations team in Westport, CT.

What You’ll Do

• Support the financial operations and reporting across multiple SPCs / fund entities
• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and investor reporting packages
• Assist with capital calls, distributions, waterfall schedules, and partner allocations
• Support NAV calculations and maintenance of fund performance metrics, including Net IRR
• Liaise with third-party fund administrators, auditors, tax preparers, and banking partners
• Participate in valuation models, portfolio monitoring, treasury management, and audit processes
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and documentation standards
• Contribute to process improvements across reporting, systems, and workflow operations

What You Bring

• 2–4+ years of relevant finance or accounting experience
  • Backgrounds may include: Fund Administration, Public Accounting (Audit), Private Equity / Venture Capital Operations, or Investment Fund Finance roles
• Experience working with SPVs/SPCs, fund structures, capital call processes, and investor reporting
• Proficiency in financial statements, GAAP, NAV, IRR, and partnership accounting concepts
• Strong Excel and financial analysis capability; familiarity with fund accounting systems a plus
• Excellent communication skills—able to interface with internal and external stakeholders professionally
• Highly detail-oriented, organized, and accountable in a fast-paced investment environment
• Ability to be onsite 4 days/week in Westport, CT (1 remote day flexibility)
