Group Sales Manager Responsibilities:
- Provide support to Sales team and Director of Sales & Marketing
- Maximize hotel revenue by seeking out, identifying and fully qualifying hotel group and catering business
- Adhering to highest level of standards and policies for the hotel
- Other administrative duties as needed
Group Sales Manager Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in hotel sales. The ideal candidate has experience with boutique and/or luxury hotels. Must have strong group sales experience, including catering
- Ability to meet and exceed expectations, drive business forward
- Strong leadership ability and a high level of polish & professionalism
- Passion for hospitality and desire to work for an independently owned hotel brand
- Proficiency in basic computer skills and software, including Microsoft Word and Excel
