Working Chef Requirements & Qualifications

Recent experience as an Executive Chef, Chef de Cuisine, Executive Kitchen Manager, or Executive Sous Chef
Proven culinary leadership skills

Working Chef Preferred Background & Skills

Strong creativity in menu development
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-centric environment

Working Chef Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Lead and inspire the kitchen team to deliver exceptional culinary experiences.
Execute menu items with precision and creativity.
Collaborate with the founder to maintain a clear menu direction.
Foster a positive and productive kitchen culture.
