We are seeking an experienced Field Service HVAC Technician to join a respected residential and light commercial service team. This is a strong opportunity for a technician who takes pride in reliable workmanship and customer-focused service.

Field Service HVAC Technician Benefits & Compensation:

$38–$53/hr, & Weekly Pay
Medical & dental 100% company-paid (includes dependents)

Field Service HVAC Technician Requirements & Qualifications:

3–5 years of HVAC experience or Journeyman card
HVAC certification/license required; EPA certification preferred
Must supply own hand tools
Valid driver’s license with clean record
Able to lift 50+ lbs and work in all weather
6 weekend on-call rotations per year

Must Haves:

Diagnose and repair furnaces, A/C units, heat pumps, and ventilation systems
Perform preventive maintenance and seasonal tune-ups
Accurately document service tickets and customer records
Clearly explain issues and solutions to customers

Field Service HVAC Technician Preferred Background & Skills:

Experience with installs, retrofits, and system upgrades
Familiarity with smart thermostats and IAQ products
Strong communication and customer education skills
