Human Resources Manager – Multi-Location Restaurant Group

Are you a people-focused HR leader looking to make a real impact in the hospitality industry? We’re seeking a Human Resources Manager to join our growing restaurant group, overseeing multiple locations in Minneapolis with occasional travel to Dallas.

In this role, you’ll be a trusted partner to restaurant leadership—guiding recruitment, onboarding, training, employee relations, and compliance across all locations. You’ll help build high-performing teams, strengthen company culture, and ensure people practices drive success for both employees and guests.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment for salaried positions and support hourly hiring initiatives.
  • Develop and implement onboarding, training, and professional development programs.
  • Advise managers on employee relations, performance management, and conflict resolution.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, Minnesota, and Texas labor laws, as well as company policies.
  • Maintain HR systems, personnel files, and reporting accuracy.
  • Champion employee engagement and recognition programs to foster a strong team culture.
  • Partner with payroll and benefits teams to provide a seamless employee experience.
  • Travel to Dallas locations as needed

What We’re Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • 5+ years of progressive HR experience, ideally in hospitality or multi-unit operations.
  • Strong knowledge of federal, MN, and TX labor laws and HR compliance.
  • Experience with HRIS systems and HR technology.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
  • PHR/SPHR or SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP certification is a plus.

What We Offer:

  • Competitive salary with annual performance-based bonus
  • Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance
  • Company-paid life and disability insurance
  • Paid time off, holidays, and floating days
  • 401(k) plan with company match
  • Collaborative, people-first culture where your ideas and leadership make an impact

Why You’ll Love It Here:

  • Join a passionate, growing hospitality group that values teamwork, integrity, and innovation. You’ll have the opportunity to shape culture, develop talent, and make a lasting impact on both employees and guests.
