Are you a high-energy leader with a passion for hospitality, great food, and creating unforgettable guest experiences? We’re looking for an experienced General Manager to take the reins of our dynamic venue—where great dining, a lively bar scene, and exciting special events come together.
Requirements & Qulaifications
- 3+ years of experience as a General Manager in a high-volume, upscale casual setting.
- Strong leadership and communication skills with a passion for hospitality.
- Ability to balance food, beverage, and events operations seamlessly.
- A fun, upbeat personality that matches the vibe of our venue.
- Proven success in driving results and building great teams.
- Oversee all daily operations, including restaurant, bar, and events.
- Lead, train, and inspire a high-performing team that thrives in a fun, fast-paced environment.
- Manage scheduling, cost controls, and operational standards.
- Drive sales, guest satisfaction, and event success with your hands-on leadership.
- Partner with ownership to bring fresh ideas and keep the energy level high.
