Senior Marketing Manager – Benefits and Compensation

Senior Marketing Manager – Requirements & Qualifications:
- 7–10 years of progressive marketing experience with premium consumer brands
- Proven success implementing global marketing strategies in a local Americas context
- Strong background in omnichannel marketing: retail/trade, digital, social media, PR, and advertising
- Experience collaborating cross-functionally with Sales, eCommerce, Product, and Operations
- Strong commercial acumen, data-driven mindset, and strategic thinking skills
- Proficiency in Office 365 (Excel, PowerPoint)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Independent, innovative, collaborative, and purpose-driven professional approach
Senior Marketing Manager – Must Haves
- Manage and execute the Americas marketing strategy for the Feeding category, aligned with global priorities
- Lead 360° campaigns including major product launches and evergreen initiatives
- Translate consumer insights into actionable marketing initiatives and content development
- Oversee product assortment and distribution strategy from a marketing perspective
- Track and analyze KPIs (ROI, awareness, traffic, conversion) to optimize performance
- Partner with creative, product, and digital teams to ensure cohesive brand storytelling
Senior Marketing Manager – Preferred Background & Skills
- Experience working in the HOME or lifestyle consumer products sector
- Prior work with premium, design-led, or global brands
- Familiarity with consumer behavior analytics platforms
- Strong presentation and storytelling ability to influence senior stakeholders
- Experience leading teams or mentoring junior marketers
- Bilingual or multilingual skills a plus
