Associate Attorney – Real Estate Litigation (Remote Opportunity)

Are you a driven attorney who thrives in the courtroom and wants the opportunity to handle meaningful cases for high-profile clients? A fast-growing litigation firm in Alpharetta, GA (just north of Atlanta) is seeking an Associate Attorney to join its premises liability and tort defense practice. This is a remote position with opportunities to collaborate closely with a talented, supportive team while gaining hands-on experience across all stages of litigation.

What You’ll Do:

Take ownership of cases from start to finish—draft pleadings, manage discovery, argue motions, and prepare for trial.
Meet with clients and witnesses, conduct depositions, attend hearings and mediations, and represent Fortune 500 companies in high-stakes matters.
Work closely with partners and colleagues who value mentorship, collaboration, and professional growth.

What We’re Looking For:

JD from an accredited law school and active Georgia Bar membership.
Up to 5 years of litigation experience (clerkships, trial work, or post-JD practice); trial experience is a plus.
Exceptional research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
Highly organized, proactive, and ready to make an impact.
