EBM Process Technicians – All Shifts | $30–$32/hr + Bonus + Benefits
3 openings available – 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift (includes shift differentials)

Process Technician Benefits and Compensation:
· $30-$32/hr +
· Shift differential: +$1.00 (2nd shift), +$1.50 (3rd shift)
· 10% annual bonus based on company performance.
· 401(k) with 4% match (vested immediately)
· Full benefits (medical, dental, vision) starting 30 days after the 1st of the month
· 3 weeks’ vacation, 10 holidays, and 3 sick days
· Relocation assistance available (lump sum)
Process Technician Responsibilities & Qualifications:
· Optimize EBM systems, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues.
· Lead mold startups, material setups, and process improvements.
· Ensure product quality and mentor junior technicians.
· Support continuous improvement and collaborate across teams.
· 5+ years’ EBM experience (Fischer, Bekum preferred).
· Strong mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic troubleshooting skills.
· Ability to interpret technical instructions and perform under pressure.
· Willingness to support all shifts and overtime needs.
