Product Manager Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
  • 1-5 years of business or marketing experience
  • Proven experience in a product marketing role
  • Experience managing the full consumer packaged goods (CPG) product lifecycle
  • Ability to perform market and trend research to inform marketing plans
  • Strong skills in aligning with Sales, Customer Marketing, and eBusiness on strategic priorities
  • Proactive approach to growing and optimizing product performance to meet department P&L goals

Product Manager Preferred Background & Skills:

  • Experience in a fast-paced consumer products environment
  • Familiarity with product roadmap development and management
  • Strong analytical skills to identify consumer insights and market potential
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, team-oriented setting
