HR Director Responsibilities:
- Must be familiar with OSHA, DEI policies and Federal/State/Local Business laws and regulations
- Familiarity with benefits packages (including 401K)
- Ability to deal with potential litigation
- Must be experienced with onboarding & exit interviews
- Experience with ADP, PayCom or similar Payroll software
- Ability to focus on- retention and turnover rate reduction
- Workforce planning
HR Director Qualifications:
- At least 5+ years of experience as an HR Director in the hospitality industry
- Proven experience/knowledge of all local, state, and federal labor law guidelines
- HR Experience working for a Restaurant Group with at least 7 units
- HR Experience undergoing New Restaurant Openings
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- HR Experience at full service restaurants with full liquor bars
- Must have valid drivers license and willingness to travel in South Florida
