Business Development Representative | High-Growth Track to Leadership

We’re hiring a driven Outside Sales Representative ready to build a territory, open doors, and create momentum quickly. If you have at least one year of real, high-activity sales experience and want a role where effort directly turns into income and leadership opportunity, this is it.


Compensation & Growth

  • Year 1 OTE: $80K–$90K
  • Year 2 potential: $120K–$150K+ for top performers
  • Uncapped commissions
  • Monthly vehicle allowance

Who This Is For

  • 1–3 years of B2B or outside sales experience
  • At least 1 year of high-production selling (not account maintenance)
  • Comfortable prospecting, cold outreach, and winning business face-to-face
  • Competitive, self-driven, and performance motivated
  • Strong interest in fast-tracking into leadership

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Own and grow a defined sales territory
  • Prospect aggressively and open new accounts
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships
  • Conduct in-person meetings, presentations, and demonstrations
  • Manage and forecast your sales pipeline
  • Collaborate internally to ensure strong customer outcomes

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Coachable, resilient, and thrives in performance-based roles
